Bonaire, GA- Cathy Jo Bentley, 56, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her beloved family. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. The visitation for family and friends will be held from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. She will be interred at Berea Cemetery in Hampton, Georgia.
Cathy was born on February 24, 1961 to the late William Clyde and Josephine Elizabeth (Gann) Bentley. Cathy loved to collect stuffed animals and the color purple, but nothing compared to her time spent with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Susan Moore.
Left to cherish her beloved memory are her sisters; Vickie Swails and Frankie Pearson, brothers; Dennis (Renee) Bentley and Joel Bentley, nieces; Melissa Wright, Mandy Mickler and Jennifer Martin, nephew, Jason Gentry, half-brother and sisters; Tanya Bentley, Billie-Ann Bentley and Bill Bentley, and all her babies.
