Obituary for Gowkarran "Mike" Persaud
Macon, GA- Gowkarran "Mike" Persaud, 55, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Macon. Funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 12:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel. The visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior and immediately following the services.
Mike was born on September 28, 1963 in Berbice, Guyana to the late Mohan and Paroo (Mienraji) Persaud. He was a store clerk at the Jeffersonville Sunoco in Macon, GA. He took great pride in his work and genuinely loved his customers.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Bibi (Nafeezakhan) Persaud; son: Roy Persaud; 4 brothers, 1 sister and several aunts and uncles.
